Cleankill Pest Control has been named finalist in two categories at the 2018 Gatwick Diamond Business Awards. They have been named finalists in the categories for ‘Customer Delight’ and ‘Responsible Business of the Year’.
A new year heralds the commencement of many things and at Cleankill this includes the start of the 2018 promotional diary. Last April I wrote about a few busy weeks in May when we attended a number of business exhibitions and award ceremonies.
Cleankill Pest Control is celebrating after being named ‘Best Customer Service’ winner at Lewes District Council’s annual business awards. Now in their fourth year, the Lewes District Business Awards brings together companies from across the district, to recognise their “success, innovation and excellence” during the previous 12-months.
From its office in Seaford, Cleankill covers the whole district and has strong ties with many local businesses.
I have been looking through the promotional plans for May and it is definitely going to be a busy month with three business expos in two days. On 10th May we will again be at Kent Vision Live, taking place at The Kent Event Centre. With over 3,000 participants coming together at the Detling Showground, near Maidstone, this exposition describes itself as the “South East’s premier B2B exhibition and the largest event of its kind in the UK.”
Cleankill Pest Control had cause to celebrate again when an employee was named winner of the Charles Keeble Award at the inaugural British Pest Management Awards. The award recognises outstanding commitment and performance in training and development.
Cleankill Pest Control was named ‘Green Business of the Year’ at the 2017 Gatwick Diamond Business Awards on 16th March 2017. The award, sponsored by Crawley Borough Council, was presented to the company that exhibited best overall environmental management and provided the most outstanding eco-service.
Last year I wrote about how important it is to take part in business awards. In my blog, “It’s taking part that is important” The Croydon Business Excellence Awards 2015, I told you the tale of how we were shortlisted for five awards, but in the end we won nothing. As I said at the time, it isn’t the winning but the taking part, that matters.
Surrey based pest control company Cleankill Pest Control has been named ‘Best Business for Staff Training and Development’ and ‘Best Green Business’ at the 2016 Croydon Business Excellence Awards.
As a pest controller with over 35 years’ experience, I am pretty used to stepping into unknown environments. When you are called to a new job, you are never sure exactly what you are going to find and what special problems will present themselves - with pest control there is never a ‘one-solution-fits-all’ strategy.
